My programs are designed to assist you - to navigate life's challenges, to process and transform difficult emotions, manage trauma and ultimately to thrive in all areas of life.

During my first career as an Australian Army Officer, I explored various meditation and many resilience protocols to maintain balance, manage stress and optimise performance.
I was always a curious and enthusiastic learner, fascinated by people and the mind.

I have gained certifications in: Meditation Teaching, Reset Soul Line Therapy (World Doctor), Integrative Restoration (iRest) Yoga-Nidra Facilitation, Dispute Mediation, Conflict Management Coaching, Trauma-Aware Yoga Teaching, IYS/pranic therapy, Australian Institute of Company Directors Graduate, postgraduate degrees in Business Administration, Logistics, Strategy and International Affairs.

iRest

Integrative Restoration (iRest ®) Yoga Nidra:
iRest is an evidence-based mind-body protocol for optimal health, healing and well-being. It takes the form of a guided meditation, usually practiced while laying on your back, or in any position you choose.

iRest includes attention training, emotional regulation and self-awareness, and is trauma aware.
iRest is easy to practice. It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience. Since it is a guided practice there is no need to learn a technique; as such, benefits are felt immediately.
iRest is based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra meditation, adapted by clinical psychologist, researcher and yogic scholar, Dr Richard Miller, PhD. to incorporate contemporary understandings of neuroscience and to suit the conditions of modern life.

Dispute Mediation
and
Conflict Coaching
Dispute Mediation:
- Mediation is the process for helping people who have a dispute to understand and resolve conflict and to reach agreement.
- It empowers those in conflict and gives them awareness and control.
- The mediator is not an advice-giver or decision-maker. Using an effective facilitated process, the parties exchange information regarding their interests, needs and concerns. The parties then create and agree upon an outcome that meets their needs.

Conflict Management Coaching:
- Conflict Management coaching is a structured process that helps people on a one-on-one basis to develop and enhance their skills, knowledge and competencies, to engage in and manage interpersonal conflict effectively.
- It is a confidential process that focuses on each individuals conflict management goals.
- Some level of conflict can be expected to be encountered in life; so, harmony can be defined as conflict done well.
